London Bobby

	Mad Dogs and Englishmen The Three Pianists Concert, Mijas Costa, Spain London Bobby, not a copper, just Bobby from London. He quit an engineering career to be a musician, did a season at Butlin's, worked pubs and clubs throughout Canada and the U.S., earned a Gold Record, entertained HRH Prince Charles at Expo'86 and spent the last fifteen years entertaining on cruise ships, including the QE2.
Hymn to Him, My Fair Lady Recorded on board Holland America cruise ship MS Maasdam London Bobby has a nice baritone singing voice but it is his easygoing comedy and repertoire of British and American music hall that makes a half-hour set seem like five minutes. In the midst of this mayhem it somehow becomes apparent that he can actually play and the grand piano is not wasted on him. His pose as a pub piano-basher makes all this come as a very pleasant surprise. No ordinary pub piano-basher!
